Big Mike
I am a former Corporal in the Marines and have a large amount of experience in both catering and in restaurant management. I most recently managed a successful Macaroni and Cheese restaurant with a highly successful food truck program, named Grandpa Mac. There I trained under a James Beard nominated Chef Hari Cameron and Co-owner Orion Cameron. Before I managed that restaurant, I helped to open a highly successful beach restaurant/wedding and party venue that represents the flagship partnership between the Delaware State Parks and La Vida Hospitality group at the Big Chill Beach Club. Through nurturing strong networking skills and fostering relationships with various hospitality groups in the resort area, I have established a solid foundation. Family holds immense importance in my life, encompassing both blood relatives and friends who have become family. It is with the goal of leaving a lasting legacy for my children that ballin on a budget was created.
